This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working with smaller groups and is passionate about delivering a personalised approach to learning , with a particular focus on developing pupils' literacy skills.
The Role As a KS2 Teacher, you will
- Teach a small nurture class within Year 7 .
- Take full responsibility for planning, assessment and pupil progress.
- Deliver engaging, personalised lessons with a strong focus on
Literacy .
- Support pupils to develop their reading, writing, communication and comprehension skills.
- Provide strong pastoral support and build positive relationships with pupils.
- Help pupils transition successfully into secondary school.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community.
- Have a normal teaching timetable with 20% PPA .
What the School is Looking For The ideal KS2 Teacher will
- Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching KS2 or lower secondary.
- Have a strong
