The Role:

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
  • Support pupils with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour strategies
  • Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver structured interventions

  • Contribute to pupil progress tracking and pastoral support plans

  • Experience supporting children with SEMH needs in a school or similar setting
