- Providing encouragement and helping pupils rebuild confidence
- Tracking progress and contributing to individual learning goals
- Working closely with TAs, pastoral staff and SLT
We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Science Teacher with a genuine interest in Alternative Provision. You don't necessarily need extensive PRU experience; we're more interested in someone with the right personality, resilience and mindset who can establish positive relationships without lowering expectations. Experience of PRU, AP, SEMH or SEN teaching would be highly desirable.
If you're looking for a long-term PRU position where relationships, engagement and progress genuinely matter, we'd like to hear from you.
