Person Specification

  • Qualified Teachers
  • PGCE with QTS (Primary or SEN)
  • Experience or strong interest in supporting pupils with ASD
  • Confident leading small groups and 1:1 interventions within a specialist setting
  • Unqualified Teachers
  • Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience with ASD (desirable)
  • Willing to support personal/toilet care
  • Understanding of EHCPs or willingness to learn

Salary available up to Unqualified Teacher Scale 5, depending on experience.
