Art Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Kensington & Chelsea ASAP Start Are you a creative and enthusiastic Art Graduate looking to gain experience working with young people in education? An inclusive Sixth Form in Kensington & Chelsea is looking for an Art Graduate to support students aged 1619 with SEND, using their creative background and subject knowledge to help students engage with their studies and develop greater confidence. The school is looking for someone who can provide strong support within Art , while also being adaptable and willing to support students across other areas of the curriculum where required. Whats in it for you? 4 days per week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday Β£125 per day, including holiday entitlement Put your Art degree and creative skills to use Support students aged 1619 with SEND Gain valuable Sixth Form and classroom experience Excellent experience for aspiring Art Teachers or creative education professionals Work alongside an experienced SEND team Role and Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support for students with additional learning needs Use your Art knowledge to support students with their academic and creative work Encourage students to develop confidence and independence Help students stay organised, engaged and on track with their studies Adapt your approach to meet different learning needs Provide wider academic support where required Person Specification Degree in Art, Fine Art, Illustration, Graphic Design or another relevant creative discipline Strong creative and subject knowledge Comfortable providing support outside of Art where required Patient, approachable and able to build positive relationships with students Previous experience supporting young people is desirable but not essential Genuine interest in education and SEND This is a fantastic opportunity for an Art Graduate to gain practical experience within a Sixth Form while supporting young people to succeed academically and creatively.
