What we're looking for:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- SENCo experience and/or a relevant SEN leadership qualification
- Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
- Excellent knowledge of SEN provision and EHCP processes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident working with pupils, staff, parents and external professionals
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
