Working closely with teachers and Teaching Assistants, you'll help pupils develop confidence, resilience and independence while encouraging positive engagement with learning. You'll also contribute to behaviour support strategies, intervention programmes and communication with families where appropriate. Learning Mentor What the School is Looking For The ideal Learning Mentor will have experience working with children or young people with SEND, either within education or transferable settings such as youth work, residential care or community support. The school is looking for a patient, empathetic and proactive Learning Mentor who can build meaningful relationships and support pupils to achieve both academically and personally.
