Part Time Swimming Teacher

Hours: 18.5 hours per week.
Thursday 9.15- 18.30 (8.75)
Friday 11.30-18.30 (6.5)
Saturday 8.45-12.00 (3.25)
Total = 18.5
Saturday 8.45-12.00 (3.25) - weekend enhancement payable for these hours
Hours may vary from term to term depending upon programme of lessons provided
You must have ASA/STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Certificate and a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification. You will provide swimming instruction to children and adults as per our agreed programme.
You will also be required to carry out some lifeguarding duties when not teaching and must be a team player.
The working hours will be 18.5 hours per week between Thursday and Saturday. The earliest start will be 8.45am and latest finish will be 6.30pm. It will be the same pattern each week for each term, but timings may vary within these hours from term to term.
There will be a 30 minute meal break each day where shifts exceed 6 hours.
An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken once an offer of employment is made. Any offer of employment will be subject to a practical assessment.
