Pay: Scale 4 (scp 10-13) £27,694 to £29,064 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday between 9am and 7pm. Actual shift hours depend on the programme requirements each term. No weekend working.

Schedule: The earliest start will be 9am and latest finish will be 7pm. It will be the same pattern each week for each term, but timings may vary within these hours from term to term.

Meal break: 30‑minute break each day where shifts exceed 6 hours.

Qualifications: Must have ASA/STA Level 2 Swimming Teaching Certificate and a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.

Responsibilities: Provide swimming instruction to children and adults as per agreed programme and carry out lifeguarding duties when not teaching. Must be a team player.

An enhanced DBS check will be undertaken once an offer of employment is made. Any offer of employment will be subject to a practical assessment.
