Ribble Valley Borough Council is seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join its Building Control Team in a rural borough known for its scenic surroundings. You will help ensure that new buildings, alterations, installations and extensions comply with safety, sustainability, accessibility and design standards.
Applicants must be registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2d (minimum) Building Inspector, hold a relevant degree, and be a full member of CABE or RICS.
