We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Insurance Account Handler / Client Executive to play a key role in supporting our clients and delivering exceptional insurance solutions. This position requires strong technical insurance knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure policies are accurately managed, compliant, and tailored to clients’ evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and requests
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client insurance needs and provide tailored advice and solutions
- Support clients with policy enquiries, changes, and renewals
- Ensure accuracy of policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates
- Liaise with underwriters to negotiate and secure appropriate coverage terms
- Analyse client risk profiles to identify coverage gaps and improvement opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments
- Ensure all policies comply with industry regulations and contractual obligations
- Keep clients informed of regulatory changes and their impact
- Maintain accurate and well-organised electronic client files
- Prepare and deliver portfolio reports to clients as required
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
- Collaborate with colleagues to support business growth initiatives

- Conduct peer quality checks to minimise errors and ensure accuracy
