A fantastic primary school in Leyland is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their early years team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to support young children in a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Support children's development, ensuring they reach their full potential
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive learning atmosphere
  • Monitor and record children’s progress, sharing updates with parents and colleagues
  • Assist with personal care routines such as feeding, toileting, and hygiene when necessary

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Essential)
  • Experience working with children in a nursery, early years, or school setting (Preferred)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate for working in childcare (or willing to obtain one)
  • Ability to provide reference details from previous employment
