Osborne Architects is a small, ambitious architecture studio based in Welwyn Garden City. We focus on housing-led projects and are growing with a clear plan: to build a commercially strong, design-led practice with high standards of technical delivery, coordination and client service. This is an opportunity to join the studio at an early stage, work closely with the Director, and play a meaningful role in shaping how the practice develops.
We are looking for a Qualified Architect with around 2-4 years post-qualification experience, or a strong Architectural Technician / Technologist, to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role would suit someone who is confident in Revit, accurate in their work, and enjoys producing well-coordinated planning and technical information. You will be involved in live residential and housing-led projects, primarily across RIBA Stages 3 and 4.
The role will include:
- Revit modelling
- Drawing production
- Planning packages
- Building Regulations information
- Technical drawing packages
- Specifications and coordination with consultants
You will work closely with the Director in a structured, process-led environment, helping us deliver high-quality project information with strong attention to detail. This is a role for someone who wants real involvement, direct mentoring and the opportunity to grow with a small studio at an important stage in its development.
Qualifications:
