Job Title: Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant

Location: Stockport

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award‑winning RIBA chartered practice which provides expert services to the commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors. They are looking for an Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their Stockport studio.

Duties

  • Help deliver on a range of high‑profile projects from inception through to completion
  • Prepare and develop planning schemes to detailed construction drawings
  • Produce technical specifications, tenders, and working drawing packages
  • Ensure high‑quality delivery of drawings

Skills and experience

  • Successfully completed your RIBA Part 2 qualification
  • Relevant post‑qualification experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant within a UK practice
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
  • Excellent technical and drawing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Stockport area
