Senior Architectural Technologist required to lead the technical delivery of complex construction projects across multiple sectors. The role involves managing projects from detailed design through to completion, coordinating technical information and documentation, and supporting project teams to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical delivery of large-scale construction projects valued above £20m
  • Manage projects from detailed design through to completion

  • Manage consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams
  • Maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

  • Extensive experience as an Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist
  • Strong job-running experience delivering complex construction projects
  • Advanced Revit proficiency and technical coordination skills
