Key Responsibilities
- Produce coordinated technical drawing packages across education, residential, façade, and commercial projects
- Lead technical project stages, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Attend site visits and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and wider project teams
- Support junior team members through mentoring and technical guidance
- Work closely with clients to maintain communication and technical coordination
- Contribute to technical detailing across refurbishment, community-led, and sustainability-focused schemes
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of UK architectural project experience in technical delivery
- Strong technical detailing knowledge and understanding of UK construction methods and regulations
- Experience producing coordinated technical drawing packages across project sectors and stages
- Ability to manage workloads, deadlines, and technical responsibilities across concurrent projects
- Strong AutoCAD skills and experience delivering construction information packages
- Revit experience would be highly beneficial
