Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the successful delivery of bespoke residential projects throughout all RIBA work stages
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects progress efficiently
- Prepare and develop high‑quality design solutions, technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and quality objectives from inception to completion
- Manage consultant collaboration and address technical or design‑related challenges as projects evolve
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required
- Encourage sustainable design approaches and contribute to environmentally conscious project outcomes
Skills & Experience
- ARB‑registered Architect with a strong track record of delivering projects within the UK
- Proven experience working on luxury private residential developments across a range of RIBA stages
- Excellent technical expertise with the ability to manage and coordinate complex residential projects
- Confident liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience with Vectorworks would be advantageous
- Knowledge of sustainable design methodologies, with Passivhaus experience or accreditation viewed favourably
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance design aspirations, programme requirements, and budget considerations
