Overview of the Role: Project Architect role delivering hospitality, residential and commercial schemes, focused on RIBA stages 4 and 5. Practice & Project Information: This established practice is a design-focused studio of around 10, working across architecture, landscape and urban design. Projects span multiple sectors with an emphasis on technical delivery and compliance. The team supports cladding remediation and regulatory submissions, operating within a collaborative environment that promotes practical design outcomes and flexible working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project delivery across RIBA stages 4 and 5
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using AutoCAD
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams
- Manage technical detailing across multiple live projects
- Support cladding remediation and gateway submissions
- Respond to contractor queries and assist during construction
Required Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Architect with UK project experience at stages 4 and 5
- Strong AutoCAD skills with working knowledge of Revit
- Good understanding of UK building regulations and compliance
- Experience in residential, hospitality or commercial sectors
- Ability to manage workload across multiple projects
