PartII Architectural Assistant/Project Architect

My client is a progressive and design-led architectural practice based in Clerkenwell, London, with an established international reputation for delivering award-winning projects across architecture, masterplanning, and urban design.
The practice is recognised for creating thoughtful, people-focused environments at the intersection of life, science, and architecture. Their portfolio spans a range of high‑profile sectors including Life Sciences & Research, Workplace, Higher Education, Mixed‑Use developments, as well as current residential and high‑rise schemes.

They are committed to delivering exemplar standards across the projects, with a strong focus on creating healthy, future‑focused environments that achieve leading industry accreditations including BREEAM, WELL, SMART Score, NABERS, and WiredScore.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint both a PartII Architectural Assistant and a Part3 / Project Architect to join their collaborative and ambitious team.
The Role
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across a variety of exciting UK and international projects, with a strong focus on design quality and technical delivery.
The ideal individual will be confident working through RIBA Stages 3–5 and will have strong experience with the delivery phases of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborative working, wants exposure to client interaction, and is passionate about creating high‑quality architecture.
Requirements
For PartII Architectural Assistant
- Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
For Project Architect
- PartIII qualification (ARB registered preferred) or equivalent
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience across RIBA Stages 3–5
- Excellent technical and delivery knowledge
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with an innate team environment
- Client‑facing experience preferred, or willingness to develop this further
