This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice who offer a wide range of design services to the residential and healthcare sector. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and talented Part 1 Architectural Assistant to join their York studio.

Duties for the role include:

  • Assist on the delivery of residential and healthcare projects
  • Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
  • Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
  • Undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality and compliance is achieved

Skills and experience required:

  • Successfully completed your RIBA Part 1 qualification
  • Relevant post Part 1 qualification experience in a relevant role is desirable
  • Experience with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Excellent drawing and design skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full UK Driver's License
