With a respected portfolio spanning retail, residential, leisure, industrial and regeneration schemes, the Retail Team currently delivers large-scale food-shopping projects for a major national client, offering ambitious professionals the chance to contribute to meaningful, high-impact work.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of retail architecture projects from concept through to completion
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
- Act as project lead on large food-shopping retail schemes, ensuring client expectations and quality standards are met
- Prepare and review architecturally detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Attend client meetings, design reviews and site visits to drive project outcomes
- Mentor and guide junior architects and designers within the team
- Ensure compliance with RIBA stages, building regulations and industry best practice
Ideal Candidate
- RIBA Part III qualified with significant UK experience in retail architecture and commercial projects
- Proven capability in leading large-scale design projects, particularly within food shopping or retail sectors
- Strong technical and design skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage clients and lead project teams
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
- Proficient in architectural software including Revit, AutoCAD, and other design tools
- A proactive team player with a collaborative approach to design and delivery
