Landscape Architecture practice recruits new business and growth support. With offices in Manchester and London, this ambitious, award-winning practice is looking to deliver more sustainable, people-centred outdoor spaces in the UK, and abroad. This is a part-time, one year contract offering a hybrid working arrangement to candidates with proven experience in business development and client facing commercial growth roles. This is a pivotal role focused on driving growth, increasing revenue and expanding Plinckes’ presence across key markets.
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Strong networking, relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness and strategic ability to identify and secure growth opportunities and cross sector leads
- Proven ability to support the development of tenders and bids and convert proposals into live projects
Experience in architecture, landscape, construction and design or related sector required.

They will identify competitor activity, emerging sectors, and secure new business opportunities and initiatives to generate sustainable business growth and meet growth revenue targets. Working alongside and reporting into senior leaders, they will build and strengthen relationships with clients, old and new, strategic partners and collaborator networks, as well as bolster the Plincke brand and consolidate our top-tier positioning in both the private and public sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on client engagement in a collaborative team environment.
