A fast-growing property development support business is seeking a skilled architectural professional to join its team. The company works closely with developers across the UK, providing guidance, funding support and technical delivery to help bring projects from concept through to completion. The workload is predominantly residential (around 95%), with a smaller proportion of commercial and Class Q schemes. Operating with a modern, flexible working model, the business offers predominantly remote working with occasional in-person collaboration at its Lutterworth office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce architectural and technical drawings using AutoCAD for mainly residential schemes
  • Assist with design development, planning applications and technical packages
  • Work on a small number of commercial and Class Q projects where required
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and clients
  • Manage drawing revisions and project documentation
  • Attend virtual and occasional in-person meetings to support project delivery

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Architect or experienced Architectural Technician/Technologist
  • Strong AutoCAD skills (essential)
  • Experience with other software such as Revit, SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite is beneficial
  • Primarily residential project experience preferred
  • Able to work independently in a remote working environment
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
