My client is an award-winning AJ100 architectural and town planning practice with a strong reputation for delivering innovative and sustainable projects across the residential, mixed-use, education, commercial, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. They are currently seeking a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist to join their London studio and play a key role in the technical delivery of medium to large-scale residential and mixed-use schemes.

The Role

You will lead projects from RIBA Stage 4 onwards, coordinating technical information and collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 4–6
  • Prepare and coordinate detailed drawing packages and technical information
  • Coordinate with consultants and wider project teams
  • Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC Guidance, and housing standards
  • Lead project teams and maintain strong client and contractor relationships

Requirements

  • Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist (ACIAT desirable)
  • Strong experience delivering residential and mixed-use projects
  • Proven technical experience on medium to large-scale schemes (£5m+ desirable)
  • Strong Revit proficiency essential
  • Excellent AutoCAD and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong technical detailing and knowledge of current Building Regulations and construction methods
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
