Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through technical design and construction stages
- Prepare detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
- Coordinate design information with consultants and specialist subcontractors
- Produce and manage NBS specifications
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act and CDM requirements
- Maintain communication with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience
- ARB Registered Architect
- Proven experience delivering projects through construction stages
