A leading architectural practice specialising in data centre, mission critical, industrial, laboratory and complex buildings is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware architect to take a lead role on high-profile, technically challenging projects while benefiting from a genuinely supportive culture and clear progression pathway.
The Role
- You will lead the design and delivery of major data centre and mission critical projects across all RIBA stages, working closely with clients, consultants and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest technical and design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA stages
- Managing and coordinating internal teams and external consultants
- Taking ownership of technical delivery, quality and compliance
- Client liaison and contributing to project strategy and programme planning
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Overseeing and reviewing technical information produced in Revit
About You
- ARB registered Architect with significant post-qualification experience
- Strong background in data centre, mission critical, industrial, laboratory or complex building projects
- Excellent technical knowledge and delivery-focused approach
- Confident leading projects and managing teams
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
