Key skills and experience required:
- Strong technical and construction detailing expertise
- Experience producing detailed tender packages
- Solid understanding of UK building regulations
- High-end hospitality and residential interiors experience
- Proactive, communicative, and confident working both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Vectorworks preferred
- Experience with NBS specifications advantageous
