Take ownership of a flagship high-end residential scheme in Kensington, leading concept and technical delivery on a complex, long-term project within a respected and growing architectural practice. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, healthcare, commercial, and façade work, the studio is particularly recognised for its expertise in complex, design-led residential schemes. Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-end residential project with a focus on Stage 4 technical delivery
  • Take responsibility for technical leadership
  • Produce and oversee detailed technical drawing packages using Revit
  • Coordinate external consultants and work closely with client and contractor teams
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required

Required Skills & Experience

  • ARB-registered Architect
  • Strong UK residential experience, ideally within high-end or luxury-led schemes
  • Proven background in Stage 4 and technical delivery
  • High level of Revit proficiency
  • Confident project lead able to manage complex projects independently
