Duties for the role of Architect:
- Help deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
- Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
- Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
Requirements for the role of Architect:
- ARB registered
- Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification
- Experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Healthcare project experience would be advantageous
- Strong drawing and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Chorley area
- Full UK driver's license
