Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of a wide range of urban design and masterplanning projects
  • Produce high-quality design outputs, drawings, and presentations
  • Collaborate with planners, architects, and other specialists to develop integrated solutions
  • Contribute to concept development, design strategies, and project reports
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, supporting consultations and workshops
  • Assist with project management and coordination of design teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years' experience in UK urban design and masterplanning
  • Strong conceptual and design skills with a creative approach to placemaking
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling software
  • Excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Master's in Urban Design (UK) or equivalent qualification; RIBA Part 2 with relevant experience also considered
  • Experience in project management and bid support desirable
