A Senior Revit Technician job is available in Bristol, offering the opportunity to work on complex interior design projects across commercial and private sector developments. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of detailed Revit models across complex interior design projects
- Produce comprehensive technical drawing packages ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent
- Translate conceptual designs into technically resolved interior architecture solutions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery
- Manage and present technical information to clients and stakeholders as required
- Oversee the detailing of bespoke joinery and complex interior elements
- Support project delivery across all RIBA Stages, maintaining programme and quality standards
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members, ensuring consistent technical output
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in interior architecture, interior design, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience
- Proven experience in a Senior Revit Technician role within the interior design or architecture sector
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, including model management and production of detailed technical packages
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant legislation
- Experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA Stages
- Ability to produce specifications, schedules, and detailed joinery packages
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage workload independently while supporting wider team delivery
