A Senior Revit Technician job is available in Bristol, offering the opportunity to work on complex interior design projects across commercial and private sector developments. This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical design packages and translating creative concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions. The successful candidate will take ownership of Revit model management, lead technical outputs, and support project delivery across all RIBA Stages. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and coordination of detailed Revit models across complex interior design projects
- Produce comprehensive technical drawing packages ensuring accuracy and alignment with design intent
- Translate conceptual designs into technically resolved interior architecture solutions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery
- Manage and present technical information to clients and stakeholders as required
- Oversee the detailing of bespoke joinery and complex interior elements
- Support project delivery across all RIBA Stages, maintaining programme and quality standards
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members, ensuring consistent technical output
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in interior architecture, interior design, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience
- Proven experience in a Senior Revit Technician role within the interior design or architecture sector
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, including model management and production of detailed technical packages
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant legislation
- Experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA Stages
- Ability to produce specifications, schedules, and detailed joinery packages
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams and coordinating consultants
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage workload independently while supporting wider team delivery
