We currently have a new Senior Architectural Technician job available, working with an award-winning architecture practice based in Chichester. The role would see you taking a lead role in supporting members of the technical team and working on a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, leisure, and education.
The practice provides a competitive salary, a hybrid work model, flexible hours, an excellent social scene, and ample opportunities for career development. Established over 25 years ago, the practice consists of around 43 professionals working in a beautifully converted period building in the city centre. Renowned for its design quality, the practice has cultivated long-standing relationships with a wide range of clients across the UK. With numerous long-term projects in place, they are now seeking architectural technicians at all levels to join the team. The practice is dedicated to staff development, offering flexible working options and a diverse array of projects to ensure the role stays varied and interesting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical construction information to a high standard
- Take the lead role in the running of projects
- Work on multiple projects
- Use Revit on a daily basis
- Support junior members of the team
- Visit site as required
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Keen to work in and promote a supportive working environment
- Strong technical ability
- Experience using Revit is essential
- Ability to produce 3D models
- Be located close or looking to relocate within a 45‑minute commute of the business
