Overview of the Role: Architectural Technologist job in Clerkenwell, London within an established practice working on healthcare and education projects. Practice & Project Information: This established practice employs over 100 professionals across UK studios, delivering projects across healthcare, education, commercial and mixed-use sectors. Teams work collaboratively across disciplines, integrating technical and design input from early stages to ensure coordinated and buildable project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce technical drawings and detailed design packages using Revit
- Support project teams across all RIBA work stages
- Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards
- Coordinate information with consultants and design teams
- Assist with specifications and technical documentation
- Maintain high standards of drawing quality and model accuracy
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in Revit within a professional environment
- Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Experience on healthcare, education or complex projects preferred
