An Architect job is available in Chichester with an established architectural practice working across sustainable and inclusive projects. You will contribute across design, planning, technical and delivery stages, producing coordinated information and supporting schemes from concept through construction. The role requires an ARB‑registered Architect with UK project experience, strong technical ability and confident communication skills.
The practice works across education, SEND, residential, healthcare, leisure and community‑led projects. Its collaborative approach considers the needs of clients, building users and wider communities. Projects focus on accessibility, wellbeing, sustainability, technical quality and effective delivery, with opportunities for involvement across multiple RIBA stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across design, planning, technical design and construction stages
- Develop design proposals, drawings and coordinated project information
- Support project teams through planning, technical and delivery stages
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and wider design teams
- Contribute to design reviews, studio discussions and detailed coordination
- Support projects across education, SEND, residential, healthcare and community sectors
Required Skills and Experience
- ARB‑registered Architect with experience working on UK projects
- Strong design and technical ability across multiple RIBA stages
- Experience producing drawing packages and coordinated technical documentation
- Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning and statutory requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Revit experience would be beneficial
