The role:
- Assisting with the development of projects across a range of RIBA work stages
- Producing design proposals, planning drawings, and presentation materials
- Preparing planning applications, Design & Access Statements, and supporting documentation
- Working closely with Architects, Technologists, and external consultants
- Developing technical drawing packages and construction information
- Attending project meetings and assisting with client liaison
- Supporting project delivery while ensuring design quality and compliance standards are maintained
- Contributing creative ideas and innovative design solutions throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification in Architecture
- Experience working within a UK architectural practice
- Strong design and presentation skills with a creative portfolio
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp is advantageous
- Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
