Responsibilities

  • Producing accurate technical drawings and construction packages
  • Developing and coordinating detailed building designs
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
  • Liaising with engineers and contractors
  • Preparing specifications and construction details
  • Assisting with building control submissions

Qualifications

  • Membership with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT)
  • Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Experience producing detailed drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
