Responsibilities
- Producing accurate technical drawings and construction packages
- Developing and coordinating detailed building designs
- Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
- Liaising with engineers and contractors
- Preparing specifications and construction details
- Assisting with building control submissions
Qualifications
- Membership with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT)
- Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
- Experience producing detailed drawing packages across multiple RIBA stages
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
