An Associate Architect job in Dublin is available. Step into a senior leadership role with a pathway to Director level at one of Ireland's leading architectural practices. Based in Galway, this is an opportunity to lead major projects, grow a talented team, and shape the future direction of an award-winning studio. With a presence in Dublin, Galway, London and Sligo, our client delivers innovative architecture across residential, commercial, educational, healthcare, workplace, and urban design sectors. Their commitment to sustainability and technology sets them apart, and they are now seeking ambitious leaders to join their growing Dublin studio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, residential and workplace.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing technical and design leadership throughout all RIBA stages.
  • Oversee project delivery using Revit (essential), with experience in BIM Level 2 workflows.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact across multiple projects.
  • Contribute to strategic practice development and team growth.
  • Support junior staff development and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • RIAI or RIBA Registered Architect with 10+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects in Ireland or the UK.
  • Strong technical and design expertise, with site experience essential.
  • Proficient in Revit - this is a must-have.
  • Excellent team leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Commercially aware with good client-facing experience.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to take the next step in their career.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland, with a full driving licence.
