Our portfolio has expanded significantly, and we are looking for a talented and experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This role is suited to candidates with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in practice who are confident working across planning, technical design, and delivery stages. You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of projects, contributing to all stages within a small and collaborative studio environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Producing detailed technical information for Building Regulations, tender, and construction
  • Confidently leading on and producing Building Regulations drawings
  • Developing project concepts and visualisations
  • Preparing drawings, schedules, and specifications
  • Producing planning application packages
  • Conducting site surveys and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors

Essential Skills & Experience

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in practice
  • Strong proficiency in Revit (essential), with working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Suite; SketchUp beneficial
  • Proven experience producing Building Regulations drawings
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
  • Experience across planning and delivery stages
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Residential project experience

Desirable

  • Experience working on care home or healthcare projects
  • Experience delivering projects through to construction on site
  • Interest in working within a small, growing practice where you can take on responsibility
