My client is looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their Cotswolds studio, working on an exceptional portfolio of high-end residential, hospitality and heritage projects across the UK and internationally.
Current projects range from unique UK commissions to luxury residential and hospitality schemes across Italy and Africa, offering the opportunity to work on beautifully detailed, design-led architecture from concept through to completion.
Requirements

ARB registered Architect, or eligible for prompt UK registration

Ideally 2+ years' post-Part 3 experience

Strong UK project experience, particularly across RIBA Stages 4–6

Experience within high-end residential, hospitality, heritage or landscape-led architecture highly desirable

Strong design ability combined with excellent technical and construction knowledge

Confident coordinating consultants, contractors, craftspeople and specialist teams

Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, detailing, procurement and contract administration

Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills

Adobe Creative Suite proficiency; Rhino and Enscape advantageous

Excellent client-facing and communication skills
-
Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required

You’ll have meaningful ownership of projects, taking strong design concepts through technical design, coordination and construction, while working directly with clients and highly skilled project teams.
