Atelierdb Architects are looking for a newly qualified architect to join our small friendly London Studio. You will have proven track record in delivering projects and can demonstrate competency in planning stages, technical coordination with the design team and have experience attending site meetings.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering projects through all RIBA workstages, taking ownership and engaging directly with the client and the design team.

Present projects include leisure and private houses across London boroughs, some being Listed Buildings.

Candidate requirements:

  • experience designing and delivering projects
  • experience across all RIBA workstages
  • excellent AutoCAD, Adobe suite, Sketchup, Office 365 experience
  • have a good knowledge of building regulations
  • preferably have experience and knowledge of historic buildings and their general construction principles
  • have a good understanding of construction technologies, and/or experience/knowledge of Passivhaus/Enerphit
  • have experience in interior architecture, shopfitting, joinery
  • be fully aware of duties under CDM and as principal designer
  • excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
