Senior Architectural Technologist – Prime Residential

My client is an established architectural practice with an excellent reputation for delivering high-end projects across the UK and internationally.
They are seeking an experiencedSenior Architectural Technologistto join their London team, working onbespoke private residential projectsalongside a broad consultant team.
The Role
You will play a key role in the technical delivery of prestigious residential schemes, coordinating design information and working closely with architects, consultants and contractors.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years’ UK architectural experience, with strong technical and construction-stage experience.
- Proven experience deliveringhigh-end / prime residential projects.
- Advanced knowledge ofRevit, BIM, AutoCAD and NBS.
- Strong understanding ofUK Building Regulations, detailing, specifications and technical compliance.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Confident working with contractors, responding to RFIs and resolving technical issues.
- Experience withrefurbishment, extensions, listed or historic buildingswould be advantageous.
- Knowledge ofbuilding fabric, thermal upgrades and retrofitdesirable.
- Experience mentoring junior staff.
- CIAT membershipor progression towards chartership advantageous.
