  • Represent the product vision confidently in early‑stage markets, including localising messaging and adapting value propositions to regional requirements.
  • Support market development through industry engagement and subject‑matter contributions.
  • Work autonomously across go‑to‑market development, sales execution, and customer‑insight generation.
  • Collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams to refine go‑to‑market strategy, sales processes, and market positioning.
  • Provide structured customer insights to inform product development and roadmap priorities.
  • Secure early flagship/lighthouse customers and establish a scalable, repeatable pipeline and sales methodology.

  • Strong negotiation capability and sound commercial judgement.
  • Executive presence and confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to generate, manage, and coordinate multi‑stakeholder buy‑in across complex enterprise buying groups.
  • Advanced presentation, storytelling, and executive‑briefing skills.
  • Proven enterprise‑level hunter mentality, with strong relationship‑building ("woo") skills.
  • Ability to sell early‑stage, vision‑led SaaS solutions in environments with limited process maturity or enablement.
  • High resilience, cultural awareness, professionalism, and long‑term orientation.
  • Ability to operate independently and effectively in low‑structure, fast‑changing settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (min. Level C1).
Desired Skills
  • Demonstrated enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally within UK & IE Region.
  • Industry exposure across AEC, construction, infrastructure, engineering, construction technology, or BIM related domains strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to operate independently and effectively in complex, developing, or greenfield markets.
  • Track record of building and developing new territories from the ground up.

  • A structured start: individual onboarding, organized networking.
  • Attractive compensation package based on qualifications, life cover and health insurance, Company Share Ownership Program (UKSEOP) & voluntary benefits such as After Work Activities.
  • Modern working model: trust‑based working hours, flexible working hours, possibility of hybrid working.
  • Career development prospects: team or role‑based development/training, individual development/training, national and international career prospects within the RIB Group or Schneider Electric.
