About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented Bid and Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and coordinate all documents for bid submissions, ensuring they meet our exacting standards. Based in Edinburgh and working closely across the practice – often to tight deadlines – you will play a key role in securing new opportunities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all tender portals, pre‑qualification questionnaires, invitations to tender, and interview presentations.
  • Coordinating and overseeing bid processes, ensuring submissions are of the highest quality.
  • Arranging and managing all documentation required for submissions.
  • Assisting with award submissions, including collating and proofing content.

  • Leading the social media team.

What we’re looking for:

  • The ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritise tasks, and perform under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Advanced IT skills; some prior knowledge of Affinity is an advantage but not essential.
  • A creative awareness of the written word, image, and design.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset, coupled with the confidence to work independently.
  • A personable and approachable demeanour, with excellent communication skills.
  • Relevant prior experience in a similar role.

What we offer:

  • A busy social studio.
  • City centre locations.
  • A range of other valuable benefits including pension, company sick pay, life assurance, income protection insurance, an enhanced parental pay scheme and a Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Mental health first aiders.
