Senior Surveyor

A leading real estate consulting firm are looking for a MRICS accredited Surveyor with valuations to level 3 who would like to start a new role in a busy sector with a secure workflow for years to come. The healthcare sector is a safe seat in a difficult market. This role will be a great learning curve for a valuation surveyor from outside the sector. You will not be simply churning through valuation reports; the work is challenging and complex and involves working closely with colleagues from other divisions such as capital markets and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Complex healthcare property valuations including hospitals, medical office buildings, care homes, and specialized facilities for investment, M&A and portfolio assessments.
• Support debt and equity financing through detailed property appraisals and market analysis.
• Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring and revaluation services for institutional clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, capital markets, and asset management.
