Senior Surveyor
London
£45-55,000 + car + bonus & benefits
A leading real estate consulting firm are looking for a MRICS accredited Surveyor with valuations to level 3 who would like to start a new role in busy sector with a secure workflow for years to come. The healthcare sector is a safe seat in a difficult market. This role will be a great learning curve for a valuation surveyor from outside the sector. You will not be simply churning through valuation reports, the work is challenging and complex and involves working closely with colleagues from other divisions such as capital markets and research.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex healthcare property valuations including hospitals, medical office buildings, care homes, and specialized facilities for investment, M&A and portfolio assessments.
- Support debt and equity financing through detailed property appraisals and market analysis
- Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring and revaluation services for institutional clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including research, capital markets, and asset management
