A dynamic and rapidly growing real estate business who are specialists in investment, operational advisory, and development consultancy are looking for a director to join their operational & development consultancy division. The business focuses on Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build to Rent (BtR), Private Rented Sector (PRS), Co-living and Hotels. Their unique blend of investment and operational expertise allows them to identify hidden opportunities and drive competitive advantage for leading UK institutions.

They are looking for a proactive, focused, and driven individual at Director level currently or ready to move up into a Director level role. As a leader within the business, you will have revenue growth and team leadership responsibilities as well working on an exciting portfolio of mandates ranging from pre-completion developments to first-generation assets across the UK and Ireland.

The job will include:

• Managing key client relationships, identifying new clients and generating new revenue streams.
• Managing and mentoring junior Asset Managers.
• Preparation and execution of client business plans.
• Reviewing and optimising annual operating budgets.
• Developing and implementing annual rent setting matrices and leasing strategies.
• Collaborating with property managers to implement dynamic pricing models.
• Advising on asset mobilisation, lease-up strategies, placemaking, and financial budgets.
• Identifying and overseeing capital projects.
• Progressing partnership agreements with universities and occupational lease tenants and negotiating new agreements with developers and universities.
• Advising on acquisitions and disposals

We are looking for someone with good knowledge and experience of revenue management and operating models, with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable communication skills.
