- £12.31 per hour
- Monday to Friday (8.30am – 4.30pm)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Temporary role (up to 3 months)
- Location: Antrim Area Hospital

What you\’ll be doing in this role:
- Retrieval and preparation of patient notes for outpatient clinics.
- Filing of test results and general correspondence within patient notes.
- Tracking notes and arranging for return to file or onward destination.
- Answering telephone queries, ensuring that messages are recorded correctly and passed on to the appropriate person.
- Adhering to departmental booking procedures.
- Booking and cancelling appointments on hospital information system.
- Printing and posting patient appointment letters and information sheets.
- Answering telephone booking queries, including the allocation of suitable appointments for diagnostic tests on multiple hospital sites.
What you\’ll need for this role:
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English Language, or an equivalent qualification, AND 1 year of admin experience including the use of computerised systems.
- OR 3 years of clerical experience in an office environment including the use of computerised systems.
- Hold a current full driving licence valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment.
- Appointment will be subject to a successful pre-employment health assessment.
