Riach Architects is looking for an enthusiastic Part 1 or Part 2 architectural assistant to join our expanding, award-winning, RIBA chartered architectural practice based in Oxford.
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following
For Part 1
- previous work in an office environment
- proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- ability to work to deadlines
- excellent communicator
For Part 2
- minimum one year of experience of working at a UK architectural practice
- high level of precision and attention to detail
- excellent time management skills
- proficiency in Auto CAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- confidence in both written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients
- knowledge of technical construction, building regulations and tender package experience
- experience of Archi CAD or similar BIM software
