RIAA Barker Gillette (UK) LLP is seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor (4 years+ PQE) to join our growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, proactive lawyer to take on a busy and varied caseload of residential property matters within a friendly, supportive, and highly respected firm.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years’ PQE in residential property transactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems (knowledge of Proclaim advantageous), with the ability to work without administrative support
  • Experience with enfranchisement matters is desirable
  • Knowledge of bridge lending is an advantage
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Ability to manage your own caseload and deliver exceptional client service
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Enthusiasm for business development and marketing, including building relationships and helping to drive the practice forward
