Our friendly Agent Support department is looking for a new Agent Support & Revenue specialist to join their team. If you have great communication skills, are organized, attentive to details, and enjoy coordinating roles, this is the role for you!

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Be part of one of the largest money transfer companies.
  • The Agent Support will work closely with various departments, aiming to maximize the agent onboarding process.
  • Manage the assigned portfolio of agents, monitor their activity, and maintain regular contact, paying attention to diminishing activity or competitors' involvement.
  • Manage pricing strategies within the company's policy, compare with competitors, and provide feedback and recommendations to management.
  • Produce analytical reports on portfolio performance, identify declining trends, and suggest remedial actions.
  • Use research methods to gather information on the company's competitive advantages or disadvantages, staying updated on competitors' offerings.
  • Prepare reports and summaries for management, highlighting urgent matters for escalation.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and propose action plans, including location, competition, and demographic analysis.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams on incentive programs and performance trend analysis.
  • Share company communications proactively with agents regarding system, service, or product updates.
  • Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new agents, assess satisfaction, and escalate feedback for improvements.
  • Prepare periodic data analysis and reports for management, including daily transfer numbers, production per agent, and geographic data.
  • Follow established data storage and filing processes.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Administrator or similar role.
  • Experience with other money transfer companies is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, collaboration skills, and excellent communication skills.
  • Good time management, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Excel for data management and analysis.
  • Knowledge of FX rates and their impact on business.

Ria Money Transfer offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated pay range for this role is Β£25,000 to Β£28,000, based on skills, qualifications, and experience. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
